About HCCNC
Co-Founders Marian and Nikki Walker have an extensive background in cabinetry and project management.
Marian Walker grew up working for his father’s construction company and applied this knowledge and experience to the manufacturing and installation of plastic laminate commercial cabinetry.
Nikki Walker has her undergrad and master’s from Texas A&M in Industrial Distribution, and spent over 20 years in the Oil & Gas and manufacturing industry, doing upgrades/retrofits and new installations of heavy equipment.
Their 4500 sq ft climate-controlled facility is located in Canyon Lake, TX, in between Austin & San Antonio. Collectively, they have over 40 years of experience in design, manufacturing, and installation, ensuring your company and project will be handled professionally and efficiently, to meet required budgets and deadlines.
Our Process
HCCNC will gather all required information to provide the initial estimate. Once approved, our designers will generate drawings for review/approval per dimensional information gathered during the initial site visit.
Once approved, the Mozaik software works seamlessly with the Laguna Smartshop SUV II CNC machine to cut your cabinets, and edge-banding is done of the Laguna Bandit 4 Edge bander.
Assembly can be done at HCCNC’s facility or onsite at the customer, installation provided upon request. HCCNC’s standard is ¾” boxes, Axilo leveling feet, and quality soft-closing hardware.

Our Quality Guarantee
HCCNC provides a one-year warranty on all manufactured cabinetry. Domestic raw material is used, and hardware selected is domestically stocked and manufactured in Europe. Cabinetry is standard ¾” material, including drawers and backs.
This solid construction eliminates the need for nailers making installation more efficient, and the self-leveling feet protect the boxes in case of flooding (only need to replace toe-kicks), resulting in a rugged product made for tough environments.
